RUSTY DWORKIN

S. Russell "Rusty" Dworkin is Director of Business Development
for EDS' Communications Industry Group. He has been active in the
telecom industry since 1983 and holds a Masters Degree in International
Management from the American Graduate School of International
Management, Thunderbird Campus ('82) and undergraduate degrees in
Marketing and International Business from the University of Texas in
Austin.
